24 HOUR CANCELLATION | RESCHEDULE NOTICE

A 24 hour cancelation / reschedule notice is required should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Failure to do so,you are required to pay 50% of your appointment

NO SHOWS

No Shows will be billed the full amount of the appointment which is payable before your next appointment.

LATE ARRIVALS

15 minute grace will be given to late arrivals, this also means that I can only do what I can in your allocated time period, if you are 15 or more minutes late, it will be see as a no show and the full fee is required for your service.

PAYMENT

We have card facilities, and we also accept EFT payments, unfortunately no cash payments will be accepted.
